I wanted to appeal to the emotions of prospective home-buyers by conveying an ideal lifestyle.
The headline and subhead relate to creating a beautiful life, and fulfilling dreams when buying a desirable Green Gardens home.
I presented bullet-point features with conveniences and perks, as well as check-marked larger emotional benefits of owning a Green Gardens home.
Above the CTA, I used the phrase: “embrace unwavering confidence in your decision” (to alleviate the pain point of making the right choice for one's future.)
