Couples ages 30-45 with children. They are looking for a house that has room for their families to grow, in an idyllic neighborhood community. They are cost conscious and would like an environmentally friendly home without spending a great deal of money.

Project:

Have prospective customers visit their website and register for information. (Giving sales teams more leads.)

Strategy:

I wanted to appeal to the emotions of prospective home-buyers by conveying an ideal lifestyle. 

  • The headline and subhead relate to creating a beautiful life, and fulfilling dreams when buying a desirable Green Gardens home. 

  • I presented bullet-point features with conveniences and perks, as well as check-marked larger emotional benefits of owning a Green Gardens home. 

  • Above the CTA, I used the phrase: “embrace unwavering confidence in your decision” (to alleviate the pain point of making the right choice for one's future.)
